Did you know? In most cases, we can refurbish your existing sash box frames and install new sliding sashes without needing a full replacement. It’s a less disruptive and highly effective way to add double glazing at a more affordable cost. Mainly operating in conservation areas and period properties, we make every effort to replicate and preserve the intricate details of your original sash windows

Once we have removed the existing sashes and beading, our team will sand back all timber surfaces on the frame, repair any rotten sills, and install new pulley wheels. We carry out precise repairs on sills and joinery to extend the life of your original frames

We carefully sand, paint, and refurbish your existing frames to restore their original beauty and functionality. Once the frame is fully prepared, we install new sash cords and weights.

Window finishes


All our sash windows are fully painted in the workshop before installation. White is our standard finish but we can spray them in any colour you choose. For a bespoke touch, dual-colour finishes are also available.


We finish all our sash windows with Teknos, a high-quality paint specially designed for windows and doors. It not only delivers a smooth, flawless finish but also protects the timber from moisture, weathering and everyday wear, keeping your windows looking beautiful and lasting longer.
